History
The New Zealand Brake and Clutch Specialists Association (Inc) is the National Trade Group representing the interests of the Brake & Clutch Servicing Industry in New Zealand..
Membership
The Association has members operatiing from Whangarei to Invercargill.
The National Trade Group is divided into three zomes, being the Northern, Central and Southern Zones. Each year it is the responsibility for one of the zones to organise thre Natiobnal Conference.
The Association also has a number of Associate members allied to the Industry and supply either componenty or machine quipment.
Objectives
The Association's Constitution lists a number of objects, which include :
- To assist, promote and encourage the interests of those engaged in the manufacturing and servicing of automobile brakes and clutches.
- To promote high standards of safety and of trade training.
- To prescribe and enforce Codes of Ethics and Codes of Practice regulating the business practice and conduct of members of the Association.
Mission Statement
To assist the members to be totally customer focused, and provide customers with quality service, workmanship and parts, backed up by a national warranty system..
